I was born and raised in Michigan and
settled here for life after traveling to all fifty
states, the Bahamas, Jamaica, and
Cancun. After acquiring great appreciation
for diversity and achieving a broader
vision of the future, I realized my
worldly-wise knowledge base and its need
for direction.  I set out on the greatest
journey of my life.  I went to college and
obtained a Bachelors Degree in Social
Science with Psychology as my emphasis.
I also obtained a Teaching Certification
and worked for the Grand Rapids Public
School System, working with the severely
speech and language impaired. While
teaching was very rewarding, it was
subject to great reform and becoming
undependable. I needed dependable
income as I was a divorcee raising two
teenage daughters.  I started managing
College housing while attending Grand
Valley State University so by the time I had
started teaching; property management
was so old hat that I continued to manage
Forest Ridge Apartments.  As Teaching
slowed down, I started multitasking by
assisting in managing a conventional
property in Wyoming, Michigan.  The
Brokers of the two properties felt there
was no conflict of interest because of the
differing types of housing and populations
I managed. After ten years of managing
College Housing and Conventional
Housing, I studied Real Estate and Tax
Credit and became certified in both.  I then
added a new task of Tax Credit
troubleshooting properties that had failed
State audits for lack of meeting Federal
Regulations.  This was great fun because it
challenged me in finding mistakes in a
maze of files and to make the corrections
necessary to pass another audit. Recently,
I returned to collage and studied for my
masters.  I currently have a GPA of 4.0.

I have enjoyed working for Maddaloni &
Associates, P.C. the last few years. I bring
with me a wide variety of skills including 13
years of management and account
specialties.  I enjoy working with diverse
clients and value their unique
circumstances. Because of the unique
circumstances of our clients, I believe my
most important purpose is to keep an open
channel of communication between the
client and their attorneys by using my
perfected interpersonal communication
skills and defusing tactics.

I am exited by the potential personal
growth and development in ethics and
conscientiousness while working with the
diverse and richly talented Attorneys at
Maddaloni & Associates, P.C.. A life long
relationship develops easily and is valued
by all who are exposed to the integrity and
caring individuals that make up this firms
